Network Outreach
We work closely with the residents of our apartment communities and our valued employees to promote homeownership and provide resources for those in need.
Financial Literacy Workshops
Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group provides workshops in financial education and offer resources to help you become a homeowner. We cover topics such as budgeting, saving, and understanding credit.
Homeownership Program
Our program offers guidance and support to help you successfully navigate the homebuying process. We work with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group to process all lending applications.
Your Pathway To Homeownership

Apply
Once you apply, you're redirected to Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group's site to complete a credit application to create your customized Credit Profile. This profile give you the stepping stones on your pathway to homeownership.

Attend Workshops
As part of the program you are required to attend workshop hosted by Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group. These workshops provide valuable information on managing your finances, saving for a down payment, and understanding the home buying process. By attending these workshops, you can gain the knowledge and skills necessary to your dream of homeownership.

Homeownership
Once you've successfully completed the program by attending workshops and reaching the credit and financial goals set from your Credit Profile, Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group will present you with their loan offers and products to purchase the home of your dreams!
*A minimum credit score of 550 will be required to participate. Applicants with scores lower than 550 will be connected with credit counseling until they reach the requirement to reapply.

*You have the option to go with lender of your choosing for your home purchase.

*Renewing Communities will not have access to your credit/financial information. Atlantic Bay Mortgage will only communicate regarding your participation and progress in the program.
